Meditation

Meditation is the focus and the mission of Mindiverse; via Meditation, everyone observes their own mind for the truth, which is beyond the thoughts; that’s the only way to understand the mind.

Observance means seeing things as they are as it comes, non-judgmentally and letting go of the past experience, knowledge and interpretation that only block the view.

If you has never/rarely meditated before or you want to review the technique, this is the video for you.

If one decides to take meditation seriously, which means that one would like to turn inward to understand oneself, then one needs to gain insight from meditation; the very first insight (differ people to people, though) could be the thoughts, how one is so obssessed with all kinds of thoughts and illusions.
