In this session, let’s look at habits by giving our attention to it, examine the habits that lie deeply below all kinds of behaviors and intentions, to understand the chaos we are going through.

- If the life is fully of habits, as the consequence of all kinds of influences, can this life be called “new” or second hand?
- How to create new habits? How to get rid of the old habits?
- In face of habits, how to live the life consciously?
